Hotel rules

 


Is hereinafter referred to as "customer" any person renting a room at the hotel, and "Management" or "staff", any person having authority to enforce these regulations.

In accordance with the legislation and case law governing a private establishment open to the public, the management and staff of the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to any person, group of people or/and animals, likely to attack to the security, tranquility and proper functioning of the services and services of the hotel, or to exclude them, without giving right to any indemnity, compensation or reimbursement whatsoever, and this without having to justify the reasons which remain at the sole discretion of Management and any subordinates. This measure is also valid for reservations (in this case, it will give rise to the reimbursement of the deposit if the stay has not been started)
By prefectural and derogatory decree, the hotel unfortunately cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility.
The hotel does not accept pets and / or pets on its premises.
Since access to private parking is not a right but a service provided (free of charge) exclusively to hotel guests, the Management and its staff have the sole right to refuse access to any guest. that fails to meet any or all of the following recommendations:
All vehicles must be completely and immediately emptied of valuables, luggage and other accessories likely to arouse any desire (this notion being at the free discretion of the hotel). The presence of these elements must be immediately reported to the reception in order to be stored, if necessary and according to their nature, in the premises designated for this purpose.
Vehicles will be parked correctly in the spaces delimited on the ground, strictly respecting the recommendations of the hotel staff, in order to allow the immediate and constant free movement of other users.
Access to the car park is limited by the number of places available at the time, any space cannot be reserved or kept for anyone and in any way whatsoever.
Parked vehicles will be fully and constantly locked, windows fully rolled up, hood (as applicable) closed and alarm (if there is) on, throughout their presence within the hotel grounds.
Two-wheelers must be immediately parked, anti-theft device and/or alarm set, in the hotel garage and may not, at any time, occupy a parking space.
The size of the vehicle, if it should, by its presence, hinder the free movement of other users, is a valid reason for refusing access.
Any unjustified, untimely and repeated triggering of an alarm will lead to permanent exclusion from the car park.
As the car park and garage are not accessible 24 hours a day, the opening and closing times of these remain at the discretion of the Management (generally from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
Any breach of the requirements of article 3 will necessarily and systematically imply the refusal of access or the immediate exclusion of the vehicle from the enclosure of the hotel car parks, this giving no right to compensation, indemnification and/or reimbursement.
When leaving the hotel, customers will ensure that they do not leave any personal effects in their room: No shipment or delivery will be made thereafter. Found items will be kept at the hotel for one month, before being destroyed.
In the rooms, it is strictly forbidden, under penalty of immediate exclusion without recourse and without prejudice to possible criminal proceedings, to:
Connect any electrical device without the mandatory agreement of the Management.
Doing the dishes, cooking or washing clothes.
Play or cause to be played music or any other sound activity likely to affect the tranquility of the premises and its occupants.
to smoke.

 


Booking and rental conditions.

No one-night reservation will be taken during the months of July and August.
Upon arrival at the latest and if this has not already been done when making the reservation, a deposit will be immediately requested and paid (in cash or by credit card only) covering the entire stay, breakfast included, if applicable, + 10%. To refuse it would be a reason for outright cancellation of the rental, without the possibility of compensation for the customer. This may be preceded by a visit to the chamber representing full acceptance of its condition and characteristics, without the possibility of further appeal on this point. This deposit may be used for payment with the customer's agreement, or will be returned to him in full at the end of the stay, except for manifest and deliberate damage to the premises occupied.
Reserved rooms will be available from 2 p.m., except for service requirements or cases of force majeure that do not entitle you to any compensation. All arrivals must take place before 8 p.m., unless otherwise stated. If this deadline cannot be met, the customer is invited to let the reception department know as soon as possible, which will indicate a new imperative deadline which may not exceed 10 p.m. in any case. Without this, the reservation is de facto canceled (no show: cf. art 8).
Upon departure, the rooms must be absolutely and completely vacated (persons and luggage) between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. Beyond that, an additional day of rental will be systematically invoiced.
The bills are presented every week of rental and must be paid in full no later than the next day before noon.
For the needs of the maintenance service, access to the rooms by the staff must be possible every day from 11 a.m. at the latest.
Guests will keep their room keys for the duration of their stay. In the event of damage or loss, a fixed contribution of 20 euros may be requested for replacement costs.
Anyone who does not have a vehicle parked within the hotel grounds must pay their bill in full (including any supplements) upon arrival.
In order to guarantee its reservations, the hotel will collect a deposit which will be cashed immediately upon receipt. Its payment is compulsory, within the deadlines specified during the pre-booking, and its amount may not be less than the equivalent of two nights' rental of the room concerned. In the event of simultaneous reservation of several rooms, this will apply to each room individually, but will be deemed to be one and the same deposit payment for the whole, jointly and severally with the others.
According to constant practice and under article 1590 of the French Civil Code, the deposit will be fully and definitively retained by the hotelier in the event of no-show on the scheduled date and time (the reservation is then canceled in its entirety) or cancellation of the reservation by the customer intervening beyond the legal withdrawal period of 7 clear days (art. L.121-20 of the Consumer Code), necessarily notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (but it is it is advisable to notify us in advance by a faster means). This period runs from the acceptance of the offer by the customer (as soon as he has expressed his consent by mail, telephone, etc.). If it expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
Payments by bank check are no longer accepted. We invite you to make your arrangements accordingly.

Any room reservation or rental implies the customer's unrestricted acceptance and compliance with all the points in this document.
