The hotel reception is open and at your disposal for any information listed below, every day, from 7 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Outside these hours and only in the event of an extreme emergency, you will be asked to dial 260 on your room's phone.

The breakfast service (€12/person) takes place every day from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., either in your room or, depending on the places available at the time, in the dining room (ground floor), or finally on the hotel terrace (ground floor overlooking the garden).

Arrivals at the hotel (“check-in”) take place between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and departures (“check-out”) between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. Beyond that, an additional night will be charged, except in cases of force majeure or prior agreement.

Our establishment is entirely non-smoking in the rooms and in the common areas.

Additional pillows are available upon request at reception (limited to one pillow per person). In addition, we have several types of pillows (shape memory, ergonomic, etc.), however in limited number (one of each, except shape memory): do not hesitate to inquire at reception.

Additional blankets are also available: contact reception.

A wake-up service via your room telephone is available. Refer to the poster on your bedside table or contact reception.

WIFI (V-LAN) is available free of charge, throughout the hotel, at the address "WIFI-Hotel-LilotFleuri". Its connection is sometimes easier in the common areas (depending on the device used). Be aware that it is not secure.

We have a touch pad at your disposal, subject to availability (in return for the payment of a deposit of €200 in the form of a credit card imprint) as well as a correspondence kit (letter paper and pen). Contact reception.

We provide individual ironing equipment at your disposal (iron and table), subject to availability, or/and a room for this purpose. Contact reception.

A sewing kit (containing 2 buttons, 1 needle, 1 pin and 6 threads of 6 different colors) is available, on request, at reception. Ditto for a hygiene kit (shaving kit or/and dental kit or/and feminine protection).

Baby equipment (high chair, microwave in the common room and changing mat) and a kettle (on request for obvious safety reasons in the event of the presence of children) are also available, free of charge, according to availablity. Contact reception.

A shoe-shine machine is available, on request, at reception, subject to availability at the time.

A non-alcoholic beverage service is available at reception.

On the other hand, we make available to visually impaired people a telephone with large keys, a television remote control with large keys as well and an alarm clock with large digits.

We welcome our friends the pets willingly and free of charge, but under strict conditions, at the sole discretion of the management, of the "general behavior" (pet + master...)

The telephone in your room allows free calls only to fixed telephone numbers in 100 countries. For calls to mobiles, the unit is billed at 0.35 €.

A satisfaction questionnaire (on paper form and in english) is available at reception.

The free private car park, reserved for our customers, has a maximum of 12 spaces suitable for light passenger vehicles (no vans or other utility vehicles: see the "conditions" section), including one reserved for people with disabilities, and is accessible within the limits of the places available at the time, these can neither be kept nor reserved. Ditto for the garage for two-wheelers.

We have two car parks: one whose entrance is located on rue Jean AICARD, the other at n°68 Boulevard DE LATTRE DE TASSIGNY.
